Most clients require six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart for significant reduction. Individual needs vary with hair density, growth cycles and hormonal factors. A consultation and patch test determine a tailored treatment plan.

Laser effectiveness depends on hair color and skin tone; darker hair responds best. Modern lasers can treat many skin types safely, but results vary. We assess suitability during consultation and may recommend alternative approaches for fine or very light hair.

Avoid waxing, threading, or plucking for four to six weeks and shave the area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid sun exposure and tanning products beforehand. Bring skincare history and medications to your consultation for safe, customized settings.

Most clients feel brief warming or snapping sensations; topical numbing can be applied if needed. Discomfort is typically mild and short-lived. Providers adjust settings to balance comfort and efficacy, and cooling devices help minimize irritation during sessions.

You may notice reduced hair growth after the first few sessions, with more noticeable, lasting reduction after three to six treatments. Hair sheds over days to weeks; full results require completing the recommended treatment series and occasional maintenance.

Keep treated skin clean, avoid direct sun and tanning beds for at least two weeks, and apply broad-spectrum SPF daily. Avoid exfoliants and harsh products for several days. Use gentle moisturizers and follow any specific instructions from your technician.
